Tiphany Johnson, MA
Tiphany Johnson, MA, enjoys providing psychotherapy services to individuals (16+) and couples. She earned her Masters in Counseling Psychology from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, and is currently working toward her Masters in Theological Studies at Bethel Seminary.
Tiphany enjoys working with individuals who are experiencing difficulties due to depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, relationship concerns, spirituality and religious issues, self-esteem, and other areas of concern. She uses elements from therapies that include but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy, attachment theory, and mindfulness. She has also completed the Gottman Level 1 training and incorporates aspects of The Gottman Method into her work with couples.
Tiphany’s therapeutic approach is based in a whole-person perspective, incorporating aspects of biological, psychological, social, and spiritual health. She enjoys working collaboratively with her clients, and focusing on the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for growth and healing.
