Rebecca Amundson, LMFT, enjoys providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families.

Rebecca uses an Adlerian, systemic approach to therapy working to support a holistic approach to healing within the individual and family system. She also emphasizes solution focused therapy and attachment theory in her work.

Rebecca enjoys working with adolescents, couples, and parents on various techniques and attachment based strategies. She has experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal thinking, and interpersonal conflicts within the family unit. Rebecca is also certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

She earned her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Adler Graduate School.

Outside of her work at Secure Base Counseling Center, she enjoys being a mom and spending time with her family. She also enjoys being outside in nature, running, mountain biking, and socializing with friends.
