Penny Malecha-Nagel, MS, provides psychotherapy to adolescents, adults, families, and couples.

Penny works from a psychodynamic informed interpersonal therapy approach. This means that she examines life experiences to aid the client in developing an understanding of the impact of such experiences and determining a client’s path to health wholeness.

Penny’s has vast experience with artistic work and nature which is incorporated into her techniques and interventions. 

She has 30 years of experience working with people which has allowed her to gain knowledge in crisis, family issues, divorce, LGBTQ, death and dying. She also has many years’ experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Penny earned her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University.
