Nicole Szech, MA, enjoys providing counseling to children, adolescents, young adults, and families.
Nicole utilizes a person-centered approach, striving first and foremost to provide a safe-space for clients to explore their concerns.
She has a special interest in using play therapy to work with individuals, 0-15. Nicole is specially trained in Child-Centered Play Therapy, with the ability to become more directive through aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Nicole believes that children are often unable to put into words their experiences and feelings. With toys as their words and play as their language, children are better suited to explore, heal, and grow.
