MAAT, LPCC

Malley Christianson, MAAT, LPCC, enjoys providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, individuals, couples, and families. She is also especially trained in working with children from birth to age three.

Malley uses various techniques with clients including but not limited to art therapy, play therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy to assist her clients on their healing journey. Malley focuses on fostering a therapeutic relationship and using a holistic approach to connect with clients.

​She has experience working with major depressive disorder, suicidal ideation, self-injurious behavior, generalized anxiety disorder, selective mutism, personality disorders, and autism spectrum disorder, among others.

Malley specializes and is trained in Art Therapy, which is used to assist clients in exploring the self through art and inner exploration.

Malley earned her master’s degree in Art Therapy at Albertus Magnus College.
