Katy Lund, MSW, LGSW, graduated from Augsburg University with a Master of Social Work, focusing her academic attention towards childhood trauma interventions.
Katy enjoys providing psychotherapy to individuals of all ages, couples, and complex family systems. Katy takes an eclectic approach to therapy, pulling from attachment, task centered, and narrative theories to address individual client needs. She also enjoys bringing art and mindfulness techniques into her sessions to create a more personalized therapeutic experience.
Katy has experience working with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, abuse, behavioral concerns, family conflict, and self-esteem.
Outside of Secure Base, Katy enjoys growing her own fruits, vegetables, and flowers and spending time at the dog park with her two dogs.
