Jenna Henderson, MA
Jenna Henderson, MA, enjoys providing therapy to children, adolescents, teens, and adults in various settings including individual and family. She is also especially trained in working with children from birth to age five.
Jenna utilizes a client-centered and systemic approach to therapy by placing emphasis on client’s symptoms, getting to know them as a person, and focusing on the external, relational, and family history patterns that contribute to the client's current concerns.
Jenna has experience working with a variety of mental health diagnosis including anxiety, depression and trauma. She also has experience with pregnancy & postpartum concerns, self-worth, self-confidence, identify and life transitions. She welcomes clients of varying faiths, sexual identifies, cultural backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses.
Jenna earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at St. Mary’s University in Minneapolis. Outside of work at SBCC, Jenna enjoys being with family, fostering dogs and exploring the outdoors!
