Angela Erspamer, MA, enjoys providing individual psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, young adults, as well as couples.
She uses DBT, CBT, attachment theory, mindfulness, and existential therapies to provide meaningful and corrective experiences for clients and empower them to reach their goals and realize their potential and values so they can create a full and meaningful life.
She is passionate about providing culturally sound therapeutic services and finding a match between the client and the therapeutic approach.
Angela has experience working with depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, mild to moderate trauma, and adjustment disorders.
She earned her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the Saint Thomas Graduate School of Professional Psychology.
